2021-22 Registration


Welcome to the PTAC Water Polo Team Registration for the 2021-22 Season!

PTAC Water Polo Team is excited to continue our use of the Team Unify platform as a team management system.  This platform allows us to conduct electronic registration and billing, more effectively communicate with families, streamline the commitment process for team events and competitions, provide an updated website, and much more. This platform is simple for both new and returning members. Upon registration, new families get access to your own private account that will enable you easily declare for team events and competitions, sign-up for jobs, pay your team fees online, maintain your own contact information, and more. 

Registration for the 2021-22 season is now open.  All returning families should re-register for the 2021-22 season as soon as possible.  You will be asked to log into the system with your current user ID and password in order to register.  Feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] if you have any questions about your player's placement.

 New families can also begin registration for the 2021-22 season now.  However, registration is on a rolling basis and new families are welcome to join at any point during the season. 

All fees are paid on a monthly basis.  A description of all registration fees and multi-athlete discounts can be found on our website at THIS LINK. The first monthly payment will be due at the time of registration.  Subsequent payments will be charged automatically through the Team Unify system on the first of each month beginning on October 1, 2019.  (For families completing the registration process in August, the payment made at the time of registration will count as the September 2019 payment.) Team Unify will securely store your credit card and/or bank card information and will automatically process subsequent payments to help streamline the billing process. 

This current registration window is for the full 2021-22 season, which runs from September 2021-July 2022.  Any players choosing to leave the team before July 2022, needing to temporarily suspend their membership with the team during that window, and/or needing to change their practice group and/or needing to change their practice frequency must notify the team IN WRITING at least ONE WEEK BEFORE THE FIRST OF THE MONTH before this change is to go into effect.  All cancellation notices should be sent via email to [email protected]. All program fees paid are non-refundable after the first of each month, including in the case of illness, injury, or other absences from practice.
