Streamline Aquatics Club - Refund Policy
 
At registration, all families are responsible for:
Deposit = $300 per swimmer
USA Swimming Registration Fee = $85 per swimmer
Administration Fee = $75 per family
T-Shirt Fee = $10 per swimmer
 

When you register for the Swim Team, it reserves a space for your child on the team and we staff according to the registrations. If you decide that you would like to leave the team before the season is over, we do require written notification and will adhere to the following cancellation schedule:  

Individual swimmer withdrawal from the team
Date registered through 8/30
The $300 deposit will be refunded.  
Families that paid in full at registration will be refunded the team fees.  
No other fees will be refunded.
 
Individual swimmer withdrawal from the team
9/1 - 10/31
Families are responsible for paying 50% of the swimmer's team fees.
Additionally, families are responsible for any meet fees their swimmer swum or is committed to.
Families that paid in full at registration will be refunded 50% of the team fees paid.
No other fees will be refunded.
 
 
Individual swimmer withdrawal from the team
11/1 on
Families are responsible for 100% of team fees. Any outstanding balance of team fees is owed at the time of withdrawal. Additionally, families are responsible for any meet fees their swimmer swum or is committed to.
 

Swimmer withdrawals need to be submitted in writing to [email protected] as well as communicated with Coach BG.

Medical refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Medical documentation will be required.
