Congratulations to Clipper senior Ameliya Lynn on her commitment to Transylvania University!

Lainy Kruger earn USA Swimming Scholastic All America for 2021-22. This is the second year that she has achieved this honor. This speaks to her great dedication in the classroom as well as in the water.

Three Clippers from the class of 2023 have made their verbal commitment: Elizabeth Brewer made her commitment to the Florida Institute of Technology Austin Cutcher made his commitment to the College of Holy Cross Rachel Stanchek made her commitment to Ashland University.

After conducting a national search, the Northern Kentucky Clippers have selected David Pursley as its new Head Coach to lead the organization and continue the tradition of swimming excellence into the future. David will be joining the organization on September 1. David was most recently the Head Coach for the Stingray Swim Club in the Cayman Islands. Under his leadership, Stingray Swim Club has produced numerous swimmers who successfully competed in the FINA World Championships, Pan American Games, Jr Pan American Games, Commonwealth Games, and placed numerous swimmers with NCAA...
The Clipper's own Will McMurtry was named a national merit semifinalist, designating him as part of the top 1% of high school seniors in Kentucky on the PSAT/NMSQT. Will also scored a 35 on his ACT and is ranked in the top 5% of his high school class. Will has been with the Clippers for 10 years and now trains in the National Group. He also has competed at the Speedo Sectional and Kentucky High School State meets. Will is the third of three children to swim for the program....
With David Webb being the last meet of the season before championship season begins the coaches were very excited leading up to the meet. The kids did not disappoint. As a team we swam at 75% life time best times and outscored the 2nd place team by nearly 2500 points. World Class Swimming is happening this week in our back yard (well Indianapolis). The 2013 World Championship Trials are being held Tuesday thru Saturday. The top 2 finishers in this meet will represent USA at the 2013 World Championships In Barcelona Spain at the end of July . For the Algae bloom, we are getting regular updates from John McManus, Administrator Clermont Soil & Water Conservation District. Mr. McManus is the father of longtime Anderson Barracuda swimmers.
