- Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 4 to 6 pm
- Tuesday & Thursday MORNING workout 5:30 to 6:45 am

- Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 4 to 5:30 pm
- Tuesdays and Thursdays 4 to 6pm (dry land half hour 4-4:30pm)
