September Reminders and Deadlines

LCAT Families,

Please read below for important reminders and deadlines for September.

Fri, Sep 16:  Deadline to order LCAT Parent Shirts. Click here for info and to order.

Fri, Sep 16:  Deadline to enter LCAT-hosted Daniel France Memorial Pecan Classic swim meet (to be held 9/30-10/2). Click here for info and to sign up.

Sat, Sep 17:  Del Norte 1 swim meet in El Paso. If your swimmer is attending, click here for details and posted documents (to include psych sheet, session timelines, and printable heat sheets). The meet is also now available on the Meet Mobile app under “2022 BD Del Norte 1.”

Sun, Sep 18 at 12pm:  LCAT Annual Membership Meeting & Team Potluck Picnic at NMSU’s Preciado Park. This is open to all swimmers, families, and coaches and everyone is encouraged to come out for a fun time. Fri, Sep 30:  Deadline to renew LCAT annual team registration (this is required for all returning families). Click here to register. Renewal will be approved once USA Swimming membership is also renewed. Click here to renew USA Swimming membership (create a parent account first prior to renewing your swimmer).

Fri, Sep 30 - Sun, Oct 2:  LCAT-hosted Daniel France Memorial Pecan Classic swim meet — we are likely to have over 400 participants from all over NM, El Paso, and Chihuahua. This is one of two meets we host throughout the year and is an all-hands-on-deck event (all families are required to volunteer at least 2 sessions to help run this meet and to avoid penalty fees on your account).
