Buffalo TIDE swim team – Competitive group requirements

Welcome to the Buffalo TIDE swim team. We feel our program is a very thought-out progressive plan for young swimmers to strive and excel in the sport of USA Swimming. From our learn to swim program up through our Competitive team, careful details were made for the success of our swimmers and to make sure they are having fun and seeing their rewards for the work they are putting in.

This plan can be changed at any time based off the number of swimmers on both the learn to swim and competitive programs as well as swimmers who might be excelling way above the curve.
