Welcome to the Hilton Area Swim Team

Short Course Season is on a roll! Our swimmers are shaving off time and throwing up best times left and right! We already have many Silvers, Golds and beyond qualifiers.

Are you interested in swimming with our team? Use the 'Contact Us' button and let us know a little about you or your swimmer, including name, age and swim ability. Swimmers coming from a different club should be able to transition right in. New swimmers will have a free trial session or two to make sure we place them in the correct practice group. Hilton Area Swim Team (HAST) is a competitive swim team, and a member of USA Swimming. We swim under sanction of Niagara Swimming and the Genesee Valley Swim League. Swimmers of all abilities ages 6 to 18 are welcome. Hilton Area Swim Team (HAST) provides a safe environment for athletes to strive toward the development of good sportsmanship, honesty and loyalty in the pursuit of competitive swimming.
