VICTOR SWIM CLUB MISSION STATEMENT:

Victor Swim Club believes in the continued pursuit of excellence by consistently reinforcing our core values of trust, commitment, and belief. We are dedicated to developing young athletes from beginner to Olympian; while fostering goal-oriented team values and striving to empower each swimmer to reach their fullest potential, inspire a passion for lifelong fitness, health, and leadership.

• Create opportunities for leadership, at every level of the program.

• Prepare our athletes for the collegiate level.
• Challenge our swimmers to see adversity as an opportunity.  
• Foster healthy relationships with parents, athletes, coaches, and volunteers.

The Victor Swim Club offers training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels. It is the goal of the Victor Swim Club to offer age/performance-specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging each individual and developing each individual to the best of their abilities. 

We use the swimmers' age to establish an initial group in which they swim. Based on performance and evaluations the swimmer will then be placed in the appropriate group.
