The 2021 Bill Nixon Memorial Scholarships have been awarded to Jaelle Carlson from Metroplex Aquatics and Carson Brockette from Dallas Mustangs. Jaelle will be attending and swimming at the University of Arkansas - Little Rock, studying Mechanical Engineering. Carson is headed to Villanova in the fall to swim and study Finance. The two $1000 scholarships are given by NT Swimming in loving memory of Bill Nixon, a long-time official and volunteer in NT Swimming. The scholarship is funded through proceeds from the Bill Nixon Memorial Meet.

2021 NORTH TEXAS ZONES TEAM COACHING STAFF - APPLICATION We are actively looking for Coaches to work with our North Texas Age Group Zones Team! Successful applicants will coach and chaperone the team from the DFW area to Tupelo, MS and through the duration of the meet. Southern Zone Age Group Championships North Texas Age Group Zones Team Applications 11-12 & 13-14 Age Groups The Age Group Zones Meet returns this year! North Texas will send a select group of 32 swimmers, 8 girls and 8 boys from both the 11-12 and 13-14 age groups to compete in Tupelo, Mississippi. North Texas Swimming, A NTSi Board of Directors meeting was held on December 17, 2020. The following two resolutions were passed: The 2021 NTSi calendar will be implemented for meets beginning April 1, 2021. Bids will be due to Kenneth Chung and Mook Rhodenbagh by February 1, 2021. The lead time for sanctioning is 30 days prior to the start of the meet. This will be in effect through the end of August 2021. Thank you, NTSi Board of Directors
