Learn to Swim and/or Learn to Synchro - Our most basic program.  Open to boys and girls age 5 & over.  This class typically meets twice a week for an hour for a 5-week cycle (total of 10 sessions).  Basics of strokes and sculling are introduced.  Register Here!  Learn to Synchro classes start February 5th, and another Learn to Swim session will begin on February 25th.

Novice Team - Typically for any first-year swimmers, boys and girls, who would like to participate in our season-long program.  Swimmers must be comfortable in the water, but do not need well-developed swimming skills. Program runs October through May.  Practice is Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00-7:30 PM.  Swimmers participate in 3 local meets and our annual swim show.  At the conclusion of the season, coaches will evaluate the swimmer and make a recommendation for the following year.  Typically next progression is Advanced Beginner or Intermediate, but occasionally a swimmer will repeat Novice, or even be moved up to the Age Group program.  Registration for our novice team can be found here.

Advanced Beginner - Typically the next year following novice.  Practices are 6:00-8:00 PM Monday and Wednesdays.  Advanced Beginner swims in the same series of meets as Novice. Some seasons, they may participate in one additional meet, depending on the location.  The season for this level also runs October through May and culminates in our annual team water show.

Intermediate - A great program for our more experienced swimmers who love the sport but aren't ready for a travel team type commitment.  These athletes swim Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00-8:30 PM; they may also swim Saturdays for up to 2.5 hours.  There is usually one or two "drive" meets (i.e. Binghampton, NY or Breckville, OH).  Season runs October through mid-June.

12 & Under Age Group - For our more advanced, but younger swimmers.  This group practices Mondays and Wednesdays from 6-9; they also practice for 3 hours on Saturdays.  This team travels to the same meets as our Intermediates, with the addition of the National Junior Olympics at the end of June.  JOs is the largest meet in the United States; it spans ages 9-19 and is attended by over 1200 athletes each year.  JOs is ocassionally within driving distance, but it is typically a "fly" meet.

13 & Over Age Group - For our most experienced swimmers.  This program is divided between those swimmers in the 13-15 year-old age group and those 16-over (also known as Juniors).  Practices for these teams run Monday, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.  In addition to JOs, this group also may travel to US 13/15 Nationals and US Junior Nationals.  International events like Synchro America have also been attended in years past. These competitions are mainly "fly" meets.

National Team Development Program - An additional invite-only program that runs Oct through April and is designed to prepare elite athletes for National Team Trials.  Participants in this program can expect an additional weeknight practice and/or Sunday practices.  In addition to the cost of this track, athletes should expect increased travel costs, as many of the phases of team trials are likely in "fly" locations.
