Welcome to Orinda Aquatics Year Round Registration 

Before Registering, All New Swimmers MUST be Coach Approved (meet with coaches & complete a try-out)


All returning members of the team must complete the online registration by September 1st.

You MUST sign in using your current sign in email and login password. Do NOT create a new account if you have an existing account.  (Contact Matt Ehrenberger [email protected] for help locating your existing account email.)  Please verify/update the existing information in your account.  Be sure to update each swimmer if you have multiple swimmers.

Registration Groups - For Registration purposes ALL Returning Senior Group Swimmers register for the same group you swam in last season.

All 9th graders register for the Senior 2 group. Group adjustments will take place in September. 

If you are adding a new swimmer to your existing account, simply click the "Add New Swimmer" button and follow the prompts.

Read and sign off on each agreement during the registration process. The team policies have been updated as stated in the 2021-2022 Parent Policy Letter. 

Senior Group coaches communicate via text so cell phone numbers for swimmers need to be updated/verified from the Member/Athlete profile page within the family account.  Simply click on each swimmer's name on the family account page to access.

NEW members: regristration for new swimmers will open for approved swimmer on Sept. 1. Please Register ASAP. 

You must have successfully completed the swimmer evaluation and attended the New Parent Meeting. Welcome to the team, this process allows us to collect your first month's dues and annual fee.  These charges are paid by credit card only.  We accept MasterCard, VISA and Discover.  You can even use your ATM card, provided it is a MasterCard or VISA check card.

Please note that ongoing monthly charges are collected electronically.  The credit card you use for this registration becomes your default method of payment for monthly charges.  If you wish to use a different card or a bank account, you can change your payment method as soon as you receive a system password.  This will take a few days.   Once you have your password, make changes through the "Set Up Autopay" function on the homepage.

New swimmers should only register if they have gone through evaluation/try-out and been approved by the coaches!
