FUNDRAISING CLASSIFICATION:  This is classified as a team fundraising program, which means the money earned is applied directly to the general team for supplemental funds reduction.

Committee Description: 

This committee consists of a Chairperson and 4-5 Committee members ( driven by the number of swimmers requesting pictures of themselves) to produce swimmer photos onto 8MB flash drives. Full credit for meet and committee work apply to this committee.

Photo Flash drive Description: 

Purchase Requests will be taken at the beginning of the short course season in the order received.
There is a limit to the amount our photographers can do for this exceptional service.

Deadline is the second Wednesday of October. You will receive confirmation when you are on our photographer lists. If you do not receive a confirmation, you are not guaranteed a photo flashdrive at the end of the year.

The product produced is  8MB photo flash drives for one swimmer. Families can not combine more than one swimmer onto a single drive. However, there will be no less than 20 photos on a drive: at least 10 will be of the  individual swimmer and at least 10 group shots. Typically there are 50 or more photos on the drive.

Accounts will be charged March 1 and given in March at the Awards Ceremony. If available sooner, they will be handed out at the Psych Party.
