Age-31

Former Firestone Falcon, I enjoy cooking and baking. I also like taking on new physical challenges. Coaching for FAST is an honor and privilege.   This chance to coach and give back to FAST is an opportunity I cherish. I have faith that I will be able to inspire our athletes and help guide them to conquer the goal that lay ahead of them.

Brian Peresie Coach
Erin Crabtree Coach

Erin grew up in Wooster, OH and began swimming at the age of 8. Erin swam and played volleyball for Wooster High School. She finished her swimming career at the University of Akron, where she earned her Undergrad in Teaching: 7-12 Social Studies and Master's in Principalship/School Leadership. She taught for 14 years at the high school level (also coaching high school) and 2 years of swim gym at the elementary level. Erin began coaching swimming after her last year of competing for Akron University and has been coaching ever since with age group to high school and college-level athletes, from Novice to Olympic Trial Qualifiers. Erin has been a Lake Erie Zone Coach and Mid-States Coach, and involved on the Lake Erie Board.  She loves figuring out what a swimmer is naturally gifted at and getting them to be their best, seeing kids grow into well-rounded student-athletes, all while having fun!

She LOVES homemade, extra gooey rice crispy treats! It takes her a bit to wake up in the morning, as she's not a morning person-not the best for a life-long swim person lol. She loves a good nap. She's quiet, but is passionate about what she does and the kids she coaches. 80s & 90s music is the best and she can't sing, but does it loudly and proudly anyway (in her car-everyone but the passengers are lucky). If you have a question, just ask!

My journey of being a mom has brought me to FAST. FAST allows me the ability to be the coach I want to be in an atmosphere I can thrive in to be the best for each athlete AND be the best mom I can be to my daughter, who has also joined the team.
