We start the season with our first-morning workout Monday, October 5th at 6:05 AM. Our first deck coached workout is on Tuesday, October 6th at 7:15 pm. Good evening fellow Master swimmers, We start official workouts on Monday, October 5th. Due to the building hours, our practice will be the following times; Monday – Wednesday – Friday workouts begin at 6:15 am and end at 7:15 am. Dear AB Parent, Please check on the link below. As of Sept 1, 2020, all 12 & under swimmers cannot compete in meet wearing a speed suit. Exceptions are if a 12 & Under swimmers is competing in USA Swimming's Junior or Senior Nationals, not YMCA Nationals. Speedo has come out with a supposed "legal" suit available this fall. Thursday January 2nd, practice start time remains at 7:30 pm. Friday January 3rd, start at 6 am and swim till 7:30 am. Saturday January 4th, no change to schedule. Start at normal 6:30 am.
