Just a reminder...

This is the time of the year that sickness starts to rear it's ugly head. We, as coaches, love to see the dedication that all the swimmers have, but if your swimmer is sick, please keep them home to rest and recover. Missing a day of practice will not set them back, but continuing to push when sick will. The body needs to recover. We want them to be strong and healthy for Championships! This is what they have worked so hard for.
