General Meet Info
Warm-ups:
Warm-ups will begin at 7:30a.m. Each team will have thirty minutes for warm-ups following the schedule below:

Please instruct your coaches to have their swimmers leave the pool promptly at conclusion of their warm-up time.
The meet will begin promptly at 8:40 a.m. A two-hour break will be taken at the conclusion of the preliminary events on both Saturday and Sunday. Finals will then begin with warm-ups following the schedule given above for the preliminary warm-ups. The precise time will be announced each day of the meet.
Entry Information:
There will be both championship AND consolation final heats (top 12 from the preliminaries).
Entry Limit:
Each team may enter up to four (4) individuals in each individual event. However, in the case that all four (4) entrants from a team finish in the top 12, in prelims the 4th place swimmer is ineligible to compete in Finals. Each team is permitted two (2) entries per relay event.
****Swimmers intending to compete in the Open 500 Freestyle Events must have swam at least the following times or faster during the current dual meet season according to GNOAC Bylaws Section 4.F.

Entry Deadline:
Full Team entries are due to the Entry Chair no later than 6:00 p.m. Saturday, July 6, 2013. All entries are to done using Hy-Tek.

Entry changes may be made, by a team’s Head Coach, through 8:00 p.m. Monday July 8, 2013, by contacting Jay Finn at 419-592-2413 or 419-579-0521 or via e-mail at [email protected]. Such changes will be entered as a no time. No changes will be accepted after that. Swimmers who qualify, but are mistakenly not entered by his/her coach or entry chairperson, may be entered with a no time, provided that a $25.00 penalty is paid. Swimmers entered due to these exceptions will score points and be eligible for Awards.
Psyche sheets will be posted on the www.napoleonswimming.com Website by Wednesday, July 10, 2013. http://www.napoleonswimming.com.
Entry Fee:
For 2013 the Entry Fee is $3.00 per swimmer. It is to be mailed to

or brought to the meet. Checks should be made out to GNOAC.
Awards:
8 and under awards will be distributed at the conclusion of the preliminary session on Saturday. ALL other awards will be bagged and a coach from each team will pick up at the conclusion of Finals on Sunday.
All 8 lanes will be used for the prelim session. Circle seeding will be used in the final three heats. Only 6 lanes will be used for consolation and championship finals.
Meet Workers
Officials:
Each team is requested to supply at least two officials for the swimming championships. They may indicate what sessions that they would prefer to work.. Officials should indicate if there are any sessions they know they cannot work. This information should be returned not later than July 1, 2013 to Marlowe and Susan Witt, [email protected]. All officials will meet at the Scorers Table with the Head Referee at 8:00 a.m. on each day of the meet.
Timers:
Each team is also responsible for providing two timers for one lane at each session of the meet.
