• All Meet Registrations must be turned in to CJ or Mark by the Penguin Swimming due date, which is 2 weeks earlier than the deadlines listed on the Lake Erie meet information.  NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.  IF YOU STILL WISH TO SWIM IN A MEET AND HAVE MISSED THE PS MEET DEADLINE, LATE ENTRIES MAY BE SUBMITTED DIRECTLY TO THE MEET BY THE SWIMMER.

• Please remember that there is a $5 charge per swimmer for entry fees.

• Ensure that your payment by check is included in the registration

• Registrations without payment will not be processed
