2023 MCY Marlin Madness Meet 2/3/2023 - 2/4/2023

Links Below are the Heat Sheets for the weekend, please refer to these heat sheets because  MCY (meet host) have found several errors in the Meet Mobile app. The HEAT SHEETS are CORRECT!    Reminder MCY will not have heat sheet copies for sale at the meet, so please print out your own copies. 
 
 
MCY Meet will be accepting Deck Entries at the computer desk in the pool room for any open lanes and will not add any new heats.  
 
Reminder if anyone ordered Marlin Madness T-shirts they will be available for pick-up in the Lobby when you arrive.
 

Age on the first day of the meet will determine age for the entire meet, February 3rd, 2023.

UPDATES>

  1. NO RELAYS on FRIDAY for 11 & older session!
  2. Kelly's Poco Loco Swim Shop will be at both meet sessions and will be having a Swim Gear Blowout Sale. /ohsfymca/UserFiles/Image/QuickUpload/blow-out-sale-reminder_082311.docx
  3. Team Camp areas for meet. Reminder: Teams possibly will have a tight squeeze in the GYM and in the rooms -  please make sure we all share the space and do not over spread out.   4. NO Parents/Guardians behind the blocks. It is for swimmers and meet workers as MCY Does Nothave a large area behind the blocks.
  5.  *Bull Pen aka Clerk of Course for Saturday morning is for ALL swimmers in attendance (except for relays). There will be 2 parents behind the blocks and Coach Pam helping to make sure all swimmers swim without a miss.

  6. MCY Meet will again have touchpads and a 1 line scoreboard in the pool area.  Meet will be on Meet Mobile app...It will publish it to MM on Wednesday.

  7. Important change from previous seasons...MCY Meet will NOT have any heat sheets available, instead have heat sheets info available on Meet Mobile app.  Reminder: that MM is not an official time, instead it is a tool to know until the final results come out.

Friday Evening Session for 11 & Older Kids: Coaches> Debbie & Morgan

  • Team Stretch> 4:50pm
  • Pool Warm Up 5:00-5:15pm lanes 1-3
  • Official Meeting at 5:30pm in Game Room across from the pool
  • National Anthem at 5:55pm
  • Meet Starts at 6;00pm
  • Meet Finishes about 10:00pm

Saturday Morning Session for 10 & Younger Kids: Coaches> Mickey, Jenna, Brad

  • Team Stretch> 7:50am
  • Pool Warm Up 8:00-8:15am lanes 1-3
  • Official Meeting at 8:30am in Game Room across from the pool
  • National Anthem at 8:55am
  • Meet Starts 9:00am
  • Meet Ends about 12:20pm

For 10 & Under> Bull Pen for ALL Individual Events Only - no relays
