Welcome to the American Energy Swim Club Electronic Registration! We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your children's swim times histories, maintain your own contact information, and more.

We look forward to having you join the American Energy Swim Club and are excited for another great season!

To complete the registration process, please do the following:

1. Download, print and complete the AESC Medical Exam and Report. (REQUIRED)
2. For swimmers transferring from other USA Swimming teams, download, print and complete this USA Swimming Transfer Form. {REQUIRED FOR TRANSFERRING SWIMMERS}
    
3. Provide documentation of your swimmer's birthdate to [email protected] Acceptable documents include the swimmer's birth certificate, passport, or driver's license. You may also scan and email. {REQUIRED}
    
4. Submit payment for USA Swimming's annual dues at the time of Registration.  This fee will be refunded to you if you do not join the club after your evaluation, if you terminate your membership prior to them being sent to Oklahoma Swimming, or already have a current registration.  {REQUIRED}
    
5. Complete the following electronic registration process, which will include acknowledging various AESC policies for swimmers and parents. {REQUIRED}

Also, while completing the electronic registration, please take the time to read and understand each policy. You also will have the option to print the policies to keep for your information. If you have any questions about the policies, feel free to contact the Board of Directors.
