The invitation to attend Monday night's coach/technical meeting for the Pro-Am Classic has been sent via email, and can also be found below. We will be using the Microsoft Teams Platform. Comments and information will be shared by the Meet Director, Meet Referee, and a representative from the Facility. The facility is reminding you to bring your own deck chairs if possible. The meeting will commence at 7:30pm Central Time.

Please find the initial psych sheet for the 2022 King Marlin Swim Club Classic.
 
At this time we are no longer accepting new entries. You do have until Saturday night Dec. 10 at 7:00 pm CST to make changes and be exempt from those entry fees. After that everything is a scratch.
 
The invitation to attend the technical/coach meeting will be to you soon. That meeting is Monday, Dec 12 at 7:30 PM CST. We will be using the Meet Referee's platform so look for the invitation to be from Steve Potter. 
 
Thursday events should be scratched electronically no later than 9:00 PM CST at [email protected]  Monday, Dec. 12. The secondary entry period is open Thursday, Dec 15, 12:00 pm-3:30 pm at the venue.

Greetings Coaches,
Welcome to the 2022 edition of the KMSC Pro Am Classic,
 
Here are a few important announcements regarding this year's meet.
Since the OME was not available for entries this year we have run into an avalanche of 50 Back, Breast and Fly events whose times are having to be manually confirmed. Unfortunately, we are not ready to distribute the meet psych at this time. We expect it to be available shortly. You will have until Saturday night Dec. the 10th at 7:00 pm CST to make any entry deletions without having any entry fee charges. After this time, only scratches from events will be accepted with entry fees applied. Deck entries and time trials can be made at the venue at the Clerk of the Course. Additionally, the secondary entry period is available beginning Thursday, Dec.15th at noon and closing at 3:30 pm. Entries will be taken at the Clerk of the Course table.
 
Thursday event scratches must be submitted no later than Monday, Dec. 12 at 9:00 pm CST. Scratches should be emailed to  [email protected]   If you must scratch on-site, the closing deadline for Thursday evening events is 4:00 pm CST. Unless you scratch out, you are considered checked in for all events.
 
There will be a coaches/technical meeting Monday, December 12, 2022, at 7:30 pm CST via a "zoom" type platform. The Meet Director, Meet Referee and Facility Representative will go over meet details at this time.  You will be receiving an email invitation to this meeting shortly.
 
This announcement, the meet psych, timelines, all heat sheets, finals programs, and important meet reports will be available and posted at the host site:  kingmarlin.com. Please check the event site for all information.

Please accept my invitation to join the fantastic athletes, coaches, volunteers and me at the KMSC Pro-Am Classic, December 15-18, at the Lewisville, TX LISD pool. Click here for the application.

This will be an OQM planned for N3 level evaluations at all positions. 

We will be comping hotel rooms for those officials (1) working all sessions, (2) traveling 45 miles or more each way, (3) not staying with an athlete, and (4) willing to share a room with another official.
