All families are expected to promptly pay all fees and dues on the 1st of each month for levels Onyx through National.  Dues for Pre Prep, Prep, and High School are due upon registration, the 20th of the preceding month. Families are charged based on the dues structure shown below, and are also charged appropriate meet entry fees and/or other outstanding charges for the previous month. LATE PAYMENTS: Payments received after the 7th of the month are subject to a $25 fee.

FAQ REGARDING BILLING:

Q: Where do I mail my payment? 

A: King Marlin Swim Club, P.O. Box 20268, Oklahoma City, OK 73156. 

Q: How do I set up automatic withdrawal for my monthly payments? 

A: Log into the website and click on My Account in the right-hand rail. In the main window, click on $ Payment Setup. You can enter your bank account information here.

Q: What if I join in the middle of the month? 

A: For the first month, if you join after the 15th, your account will be credited for one-half of the month's dues. 

Q: What are the required fees for joining the team?

A: To join the team, you must submit payment for the first month’s dues and your KMSC Annual Team Membership Fee. Payment must be submitted prior to your swimmer’s first practice.

Q: When do I receive my monthly bill?

A: Invoices are generated via our Team Unify website on the 1st of each month. The invoice will reflect all current charges, which will include monthly dues, meet entry fees from the previous month, and any other unpaid balances. You may view your invoice once you have logged onto the website. In the right-hand rail, click on My Account, then select $My Invoices/Payment.

Q: If we take off a month, are we still responsible for our dues? 

A: Yes, for KMSC levels Onyx, Sapphire, Ivory, Purple, Senior Development, Senior, Section, National unless you have a medical reason with a physician's letter to validate the injury. Our dues for Onyx through National actually represent an annual payment that we have broken into monthly installments.  Pre Prep, Prep, High School levels and the Masters program are on a month-to-month basis.

Q: How do we pay for swim meets?

A: Every swim meet has entry fees associated with it. Those fees are calculated and are typically added to your next monthly invoice. In most cases, even if your child does not attend a meet, you are still responsible for the entry fees.

Q: When are payments due and what are your payment options?

A: All payments are due on the 1st of the month. You have three payment options: you may set up automatic withdrawal from a designated bank account via our website, you may set up automatc payment via a credit card, or you may mail your payment to King Marlin Swim Club, P.O. Box 20268, Oklahoma City, OK 73156. Please note that there are no processing fees associated with ACH payments. 

Q: Do you charge a penalty for late payments?

A: Yes, a $25 fee will be assessed for payments received after the 7th of each month.

Q: How do I cancel my membership?

A: For Onyx, Sapphire, Ivory, Purple, SD, and Senior, you must submit written notice 30 days prior to the leaving the team. You may use the Contact Us link in the right-hand rail of the website. For Pre Prep, Prep, and HS, you must notify us in writing by the 23rd prior to the month you wish to withdraw. You may also use the Contact Us link.

Q: What if we want to take several months off, for example, during the summer?

A: You must notify the team 30 days prior to taking the break to become inactive. Additionally, when you reinstate with the team, you will be charged a reactivation fee equal to one month’s dues.
