WELCOME TO MISSISSAUGA AQUATIC CLUB AND THE WAVE PROGRAM

The Wave Program is a great introduction to competitive swimming.  Wave teaches the fundamentals of the 4 competitive swimming strokes and their respective turns as well as introduces swimmers to the competitive side of this sport.

THE WAVE PROGRAM WILL BEGIN IN OCTOBER

WAVE PROGRAMS

Wave 2 swims two times a week. Wave 2 is for those whom are able to swim 25m or one length of the pool. Tryouts are required before registration to ensure appropriate placement.

Wave 1 swims once a week.  Wave 1 is for those who are looking for a swim lesson experience. A tryout is not necessary. Instructors will be in the water with swimmers.  Must be at least 5 years old.
