Our coaches are professionally trained through USA Swimming & ASCA (American Swimming Coaches Association) and work hard to provide the best program for our swimmers. The years of experience amongst our coaching staff allow us to bring a wonderful program for the swimmers to grow up in while also challenging themselves and learning new skills. The efforts to bring the best to the Blue Dolphins have our coaches involved in continuing education and bringing new ideas, visions, cutting edge technical skills & other lifestyle applications to our student-athletes. In this family-built program, the caring and knowledge go hand-in-hand to develop and help swimmers reach their potential.
Jesse Genualdi
Head Swim Coach
Coach Jesse brings a wealth of knowledge and application to the team as an ASCA (American Swimming Coaches Association) Level 2 & CIC certified coach. As a USA Swimming certified coach with 6+ years of experience coaching student-athletes at the highest level producing many State Championship (Club & High School), Regional Championship, Zone Championship, and Sectional Championship Qualifiers & Champions, he seeks to challenge & partner with his athletes to be the best that they can be both in & out of the pool.  As a coach of the Blue Dolphins since 2015, he succeeded Coach Mark Maxwell as Head Coach in 2020 due to retirement
One of his many philosophies is that to inspire you must first be inspired to dream the unachievable, believe the unthinkable and to achieve the unspeakable. That  often the biggest limits are often put on ourselves by listening to society or peers that focus on what "we cant do" rather than what "we can do". If there is something you really want to do, it is possible with determination, hard work and resiliience while trusting the process and holding the vision or goal in sight.
Coach Jesse previously swam for the Blue Dolphins for 8 years (2009-2016) and Dallas High School where he still holds multiple club records in 100 & 200 Fly along with School Records in the 200 & 400 Freestyle Relays. Jesse is currently studying & swimming (after a 3-year hiatus due to injury) at Linfield University to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology with a minor in Neuroscience under a Pre-Med focus and is expected to graduate in 2023.
