We intended to charge 50% of the standing pool use fee surcharge to reflect the partial month that was being billed. Because the full amount was charged in error, we will be reducing the pool use fee/surcharge to 50% on bills due October 1st. "Wow" what a weekend of swimming. Not only did we have many outstanding swims at the 11-14 State Championships we also witnessed two Bend Swim Club records broken and one of them broken by three different swimmers. The first was swam by Alexis Williams in the 13-14 girls 50 free with a time of 24.65 and along with that a State Championship.
