Thursday PM - 500 FR and 400 FR Relay

Team meeting: 7:30am
Warm up: 8am

All practices are offered Monday through Friday unless otherwise noted
Fall, Winter, and Spring Practice Schedule (9/15 through last day of school)
Novice (max of 3 practices per week): 3:30-4:30pm
Junior 1B (max of 4 per week): 4:30-5:45pm
Junior 1A (max of 4 per week): 5:45-7pm
Junior 2B (max of 5 per week): 5:30-7pm
Junior 2A (max of 5 per week): 5:30-7pm
Senior Prep: 4-6pm, Saturday 7-9am
Senior 1: 4-5:30pm
Senior 2: 5:30-7am, M/Tu/Th 4-6:30pm, W/F 2:30-5pm, Saturday 7-9am
Masters: 5:30-7am, 12-1pm, Saturday 7-9am
