Splash Club Registration for 2022-2023 Season

Welcome to Splash Club's online registration platform. We look forward to having you as a member of Splash Club and are excited for another great season!

The registration process is simple for both new and returning members. Before you register, please read the important information below. Printer-friendly PDF

Training Group Assignments

Pre-Existing Members: Please register your child for the group to which they've been assigned (as shown in the training group assignment list). 

New Members: If you have not spoken with a coach about what training group to sign up for, please contact Executive Director Chad Englehart by e-mail or at 918-876-2052 before registering.

Team Unify Account

Pre-Existing Members: Use the same username and password to log in. Please make sure your contact information is up-to-date.

New Members/New Accounts: If a child is new this season, but has previously participated in or has a sibling already participating in Splash Club, you will use your existing log-in credentials and do not need to create a new account.

For all other new members, you'll set up your own private TeamUnify account. Your TeamUnify account enables you to easily manage your account, pay fees, sign your swimmer up for meets, sign up for volunteer jobs, see your child's swim times, maintain your contact information and more. Your TeamUnify account is accessed via Splash Club's website at Splashclub-ok.com. 

Contact Info

When registering, make sure to provide each parent/guardian's cell phone number(s) in the "SMS" spaces provided along with your mobile carrier's name. Your cell phone number must also be verified. The verification process cannot be completed during registration. You will need to go to your Account profile after completing registration and follow these steps to verify your cell phone number(s). By providing your cell phone numbers we will be able to contact you via text regarding practice cancellations or disruptions due to weather or other factors.

2022-2023 Fees

Fees: 2022-2023 fees have not increased and will be the same as 2019-2020 fees.

Phillips 66 Wellness Center Member Discount: In order to receive the discounted rate, you/your spouse/family must be registered as members with the Phillips Wellness Center. If you select the discounted rate during Splash Club registration, but are not a registered Phillips 66 Wellness Center member, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for the difference between the regular rate and the discounted rate. (By completing the online registration, you agree for your credit card to subsequently be charged for this difference if you incorrectly applied the discounted rate during registration.)

If you haven't registered with the Wellness Center yet, it's easy to do and only takes a few minutes to sign up and view their safety video. Please contact the Wellness Center directly to register for their membership. (8/14/21)  

Payment

We use electronic payment processing. You can pay by credit card or direct debit from your bank account ("ACH transfer"). Please have your credit card/account info handy during the registration process.
