SWIMTULSA PRACTICE GROUPS

***All Groups require a tryout and/or coach approval in order to register.

GOLD TEAM: Coached by Lynne Gorman & Megan Hall

Gold team swimmers are the most advanced 13 and over competitors on SwimTulsa. Swimmers are invited into this group with coach approval. Swimmers in this group are pursuing success at the State, Sectional, and National levels of swimming. This is the highest level of swimming on the team and work ethic and attitude must reflect that.

Attendance: Gold team swimmers should attend all practices offered to them. Maintaining high attendance in this group is expected.  The goals of this group are high so the commitment must be as well.

Competition: Swimmers in this group are competing members of USA Swimming. Swimmers strive to be successful in all events offered in their age group and work to establish and improve their IMX scores throughout the season by competing at least one USA Swimming meet each month and all eligible championship meets. Full meet participation is expected for all days of a meet.
