  3. Dangerous force of nature that when meets a swimming pool results in an F-5 storm strength

Our Tornadoes Training Groups are named to reflect the F-Scale used to determine the wind speed of a Tornado. Click your swimmer's group name below for more information.

F1 Group - Swim team introduction, teaching all four competitive strokes, drills, dives, and turns. 

F2 Group - Experienced age group swimmers, swimming more distance and faster time sets, working to achieve state time standards. 

F3 Group - Beginning swim group for middle and high school swimmers. Swimmers learn the basics for all four competitive strokes, drills, dives, and turns. 

F4 Group - Advanced age group swimmers working to achieve state and sectional time standards through advanced drills and swim sets. 

F5 Group - Advanced-level swimmers working towards state and sectional time standards through challenging sets and technique training. 

Adults/Masters Group - All levels of adult swimmers are welcome to join.
