Notes

  • The PM practice on Thursday for Gold 2 is optional for rising 8th graders
  • Practices with (Opt) next to them for HS group are optional
  • Coach CJ will be communicating which schedule HS group members should follow. As well as recommending swimmers to train part time with the SR group
  • The Saturday practice for Gold 1 will have an alternate day available when meets conflict
    • Other groups will be able to attend the Saturday 8:30-10:00 in some capacity as a "drop in" practice. Further details on that to come
  • Coaches will be reaching out to families (after the banquet) should any swimmers be being recommended to move groups (from a 1 to 2)
  • "WJC IN" represents the INDOOR pool of WJC while "WJC OUT" represents the OUTDOOR pool of WJC. PM practices are always in the outdoor pool (weather permitting)
