Tiger Sharks
This year round elite competitive group is composed of highly motivated and dedicated swimmers.  Continued stroke refinement, speed training, and an even greater focus on endurance training will be stressed with the expectation that swimmers are dedicated to becoming the best possible Age-Group swimmer they can be.  Dedication both in and out of the water is crucial to the success of these swimmers and will be stressed throughout the season. Goal setting particularly aimed at a successful “end of season” Championship Meet is expected.
