FAST is excited to be offering a regular  schedule for summer 2022 and cannot wait to see our Masters swimmers back at the pool.  We are back in the Kennedy Rec Center pool beginning May 31st.  This year, we are able to offer two practice times, morning and evening, Mondays-Thursdays, from May 31st-July 21st  Below is all of the information you need to get back in the water with FAST.  

FAST Masters summer practices

When: Mondays-Thursdays, 5:30-6:45am, Sundays 6:30-8:30am

Where: Kennedy Rec Center, 6050 Wells Rd., St. Louis, MO 63128 (The Kennedy Rec Center pool is a 50M, 8 lane pool)

Cost:  The cost for the 8 week session is $150

Coaches:  FAST employs USA Swimming certified coaches who will provide a guided workout at each practice.  

USMS membership: A US Masters Swimming membership is required to participate with the FAST Masters group.
