  • Monday (8/26): 5:30-7:15pm @ Marquette 
  • Tuesday: 6:45-8:30pm @ Marquette    
  • Wednesday: 5:30-7:15pm @ Summit
  • Thursday: OFF 
  • Friday: 5:30-7:00pm @ Marquette  
  • Saturday: 11:00am-12:30pm @ Marquette

Things to Bring to Practice

  • Fins/Flippers
  • Shoes and Socks 
  • Water Bottle 
  • Finis Palm Positive/Agility paddles 
  • Snorkel (with nose clips) 
  • Goggles
  • Kick Board 
  • Pull Bouy 
  • Yoga Mat

 

Swimmers Should be Prepared for Practice by

  • Staying hydrated (drinking water) throughout the day 
  • Stretching ALL major muscle groups 
  • Going to the bathroom BEFORE practice
  • Eat bananas and drink orange juice to prevent cramping
