This is coming a day early. 

Swim Meet tomorrow!! Warm ups at 10am please arrive 15 minutes early. Meet starts at 11:30. I will need help with carpets at 9:30.

Normal practice M,T,TH,F

Wednesday- high school girls meet. We need swimmers to please come and time the meet. Please arrive by 3pm.

Wednesday practice changes- B1/B2 4:30-5:20, Silver 4:50-6, Gold 4:50-6:30, JR 4:50-6:30
