Iowa State Swimming competes in the Big 12 Conference of NCAA Division I athletics. We could not be prouder of Fallon and her amazing accomplishment. PAC wishes Fallon the best of luck next year, and can't wait to see her take the next step in her swimming career! Go PAC and Go Cyclones!

PAC is so proud of Hazel Derr for earning her second Scholastic All American title. This honor is given to 9-12th grade students who maintain a minimum 3.5 grade point average and have swum an individual pool time equal to or faster than the 2019 Winter Junior qualifying time in any individual event from August 16, 2019-August 31, 2020. Hazel was one of only nineteen swimmers who were recognized this year in Oregon. Keep up the great work in the water and at school, Hazel!

As you probably expected the SWCC and MSCC stroke clinics at Lacamas have been canceled for today, 9/13, as a result of the poor air quality. While we plan to always send out email cancellations on the day of a canceled practice, we want to share our criteria for cancellations: If AQI is greater then 150 we will not hold any outdoor practice. If AQI is between 100-150 we...
