Thank you, PAC families for coming out to Canby and spreading our PAC pride! A huge thanks to our parent timers and helpers, we appreciate you so much. It was a meet jam-packed with extraordinary events, and our swimmers obtained nearly 100 new best times! Coach Daniel spoke about the competition and said, " I love that meet. Very emotional to see so many breakthroughs!". Such as Marcus Hanlon, who smashed two of his best times by over 2 minutes! Countless swimmers shed a tremendous amount of time off of...

The practice will be hosted at Matt Dishman Community Center starting at 8:00 and ending at 9:00 in the morning. We would love it if most of the swimmers attend, as our next practice won’t be for a little while, due to conflicting schedules with meets. For our Buddies and Junior Mentors that don't swim with the Elite regularly on Saturdays: please come from 7:30-8:00 so that we can sign you in,...

Dear PAC Community, Thank you so much for your efforts in making this year's Amy Eha Memorial Fall Invitational such a great success! Hosting a swim meet is a huge undertaking that requires so much of so many. As I moved around MDCC this weekend, I was blown away by all the PAC-clad bodies busily and happily carrying out the necessary work to make this event a great experience for the swimmers and attendees. We heard a lot of great things from coaches, officials and others. In particular, there was...

Countless PAC parents timed, officiated, worked concessions, hospitality, check-ins, clerk of course, the auction, and many, many more behind the scenes jobs. Our swimmers swam very well, supported each other in the pool and out of the pool. Thank you to our athlete reps for arranging the cheering at the afternoon session on Saturday, too. Thank you to the PAC coaching staff for...
