One for the History Books: Amy Eha Memorial Fall Invitational

Scott Miyako

On Nov 6-7, 98 PAC swimmers and a flock of parent volunteers took to the Mollala Aquatic Center to host the Annual Amy Eha Memorial Fall Invitational. The meet was a huge success filled with great swims, relays, cheering, and teamwork! Swimmers endured the cold, wet mornings, but still managed to keep smiles on their faces the whole meet. At the end of the weekend, PAC swimmers swam to over 300 best times and Hazel Derr broke the 17-18 Girls and Open 200BK PAC records! On the last day of the meet, the High School Seniors were recognized for their hard work and dedication to swimming and PAC. Coaches are so proud of all of their swimmers and couldn't be happier about how much improvement the team has made this season. PAC would also like to thank Kim Coffield for taking on the huge responsibility of being the lead coordinator for the Fall-In this year. She did an amazing job making this the best Fall-In ever and we are all so grateful for her hard work! Last, but not least, thank you to all of the volunteers that made this meet possible. The meet was an incredible triumph, and we can't wait to host our next meet!

Congratulations to our High School Swimmers on their last Amy Eha Fall Invitational!
