  This weekend over 60 PAC swimmers competed at the CAT A/B Open in Corvallis, OR and the Pacific Coast All- Star meet in Cerritos, CA with PAC breaking 13 team records and achieving over 200 best times. At All- Stars our swimmers competed every well considering they had to get up at 4 am on Saturday morning, travel to California, compete in the afternoon, eat and sleep in a hotel with swimmers and coaches they may not have known very well.  Then they got up the next morning early...

She was the All-Region girls swimmer of the year last year, too, with two strong finishes at state. But this fall, she became a champion. And, about an hour later at the Class 3A state swim meet, she became a two-time champion. PAC took a small, but strong group to the 2009 USA Swimming IMX Xtreme Games at Mt. Hood Aquatic Center.  Although there was the threat of Xtreme weather our swimmers and coaches did there best to wait it out and made the most of their swims at the meet!  Felicia Anderson led the way with four best times, two PAC records (100 Back- 1:04.23 and 100 Fly- 1:04.51) while Enrike Marquez led the boys with four best times and one team record (500 Free- 5:34.16).  Other swimmers with three or...

Congratulations to the six PAC swimmers named to the 2010 Oregon All- Star team (the most swimmers named to the team of any team in Oregon)!  These swimmers will be competing in Cerritos, CA on January 9-10, 2010!  The swimmers are Felicia Anderson (Mt. PAC's Senior Group cleaned up of our 13-14 and 15 and Over Short Course Meters records this past weekend at the 2009 Paul Bergen Jr. International Championships and the Chris Givens Holiday Classic at Tualatin Hills breaking 20 team records!  At the International Meet Monica Bottelberghe broke five 13- 14 girls records (50 Free- 27.83, 100 Free- 1:01.43, 200 Free- 2:14.04, 200 IM- 2:33.31, 400 IM- 5:16.51).  On the 15 and over boys side Henry Fellows had 100% best times and broke three records (200 IM- 2:15.67, 400 IM- 4:48.50,...
