Congratulations to the six PAC swimmers named to the 2010 Oregon All- Star team (the most swimmers named to the team of any team in Oregon)!  These swimmers will be competing in Cerritos, CA on January 9-10, 2010!  The swimmers are Felicia Anderson (Mt. Scott pool), Ethan Hanson (Columbia), Enrike Marquez (Columbia), Monica Bottelberghe (Dishman), Alan Hermanns (Dishman), and Max Yakubovich (Dishman).

PAC's Senior Group cleaned up of our 13-14 and 15 and Over Short Course Meters records this past weekend at the 2009 Paul Bergen Jr. International Championships and the Chris Givens Holiday Classic at Tualatin Hills breaking 20 team records!  At the International Meet Monica Bottelberghe broke five 13- 14 girls records (50 Free- 27.83, 100 Free- 1:01.43, 200 Free- 2:14.04, 200 IM- 2:33.31, 400 IM- 5:16.51).  On the 15 and over boys side Henry Fellows had 100% best times and broke three records (200 IM- 2:15.67, 400 IM- 4:48.50,...

Jessica Bottelberghe lowered her best time by three seconds in the 200 Fly today with a new team record of 2:06.04 at Junior Nationals while Kara Stranski just missed herSave Changes team record in the 100 Free!

Kara Stranski and Jessica Bottelberghe are enjoying the 20 degree weather (0 degree windchill) in Columbus, Ohio with great swims and PAC records.  Today Jessica broke two team records in the 200 Free (1.53.36) and the 100 Back (59.29).  Tomorrow both girls swim the 100 Free and Jessica swims the 200 Fly!  Follow them here!

Today in Orlando:  Jessica Bottelberghe went 1:00.12 in the 100 back and 57.38 in the fly (almost a full second drop).   Kara Stranski went 56.35 in the fly (almost a 2 second drop and just missed finals) and a new PAC record.   Ivette Dailey-Deaton went 2.11.91 in the IM (almost a one second drop).   Tomorrow we have the 200 IM and 50 Free!
