Cancellation & Refund Policy:

The Armada Swim & Adventure Camp is a program of the Armada Boosters Club, Inc. Our refund policy allows us to reliably staff our program with great swim instructors for your children.

Camp refund, transfer or credit requests must be made in writing by email to one of our Directors,

Covid Related Cancellation Policy

If a camper must withdraw within 5 days of the start of the camp session because of a positive COVID test or exposure to someone who has tested positive, there will be no refund, as program expenses have been incurred based on your swimmer being included in the program. We request that you consider your child(ren)’s attendance at camp and the safety of those they will be interacting with during their time at camp, and request that you please maintain precautions to keep us all safe.

 

If camp is closed due to unforeseen circumstances, especially those relating to COVID restrictions and a shelter-in-place order, all camp fees, less a $50 processing fee, will be refunded.
