Kaya Philapil Assistant Coach

I started swimming for Joe and Ethan when I was 12 years-old and I am so excited to be coaching alongside them. I graduated from Arizona State University in the spring where I was part of the women's swim team. At ASU I was extremely fortunate to swim and learn from Bob Bowman, the 2016 Rio Olympic head coach. In my collegiate career I have been a 4-time Academic All-American, 4-time PAC-12 top 16 finisher, and 4-time PAC-12 All-Academic Honoree. I'm really looking forward to this opportunity to coach you guys, have fun, and share the swimming knowledge I've learned over the years!
