Winter and High School Conditioning Program

PROGRAM DATES AND PRACTICE SCHEDULE

Full High School Program, December 2, 2019 through January 23, 2020

Partial Middle School Program (11 - Ups), December 2 - 31, 2019

*Monday - Thursday, 7:30pm - 8:30pm

*Practice schedule will be adjusted during the winter holiday break.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

To offer a ramp up towards the high school swim season for recreational swimmers and water polo players, who are not attached to a USA Swim Team.

Winter conditioning extends the 11up fall recreational swimmer's season, another month to stay in shape. (New county meet eligibility standards allow rec swimmers not yet in high school to swim through December 31st).

Get a head start on skill acquisition and conditioning, so you can go into high school swim season or the rec off season in shape and prepared for what is to come.

PROGRAM FEES

Full Program (High School Swimmers): $250 members / $300 non-members

Partial Program (Winter Conditioning for Middle Schoolers): $125 members / $150 non-members

Attention Crow Canyon Country Club Members!  Please do not choose "Credit Card" as a payment option when you check out.  Your program fees will be billed to your club account.

COACHED BY

Jackson Cardinal has been a member of the Crow Canyon family for 11 years as a Sea Lions stand out, a Sharks Year Round stand out, a San Ramon Wolves NCS Finalist, a Sea Lions lead coach, and now as a Sharks lead coach. His dedication to the sport and the program is obvious. He has a ton of knowledge from years in the program and engages the swimmers with passion, relatability and energy. Jackson will focus on sound technique, conditioning and race skill acquisition in this program. 

REFUND POLICIES

1. No refunds will be given after the first week of the program, December 10, 2019, unless a swimmer cannot participate due to a verified medical injury or illness.
2. For Non-Members, all refunds will be processed minus the credit card processing fees and a $25.00 refund processing charge.
