- Check-In located at the reception desk, main entry of Carson Aquatic Facility (841 N Roop St, Carson City, NV 89701)

Race Briefing
- 15 minutes before race start time, on the bleachers on the east pool deck
- Covers race course and safety rules

Safety and Equipment
- Swim suit (required), goggles (recommended), cap (optional)
- Running shoes and clothes
- Bicycle and safety helmet (Helmet REQUIRED: no helmet, no racing!)
- 8 & under aged athletes may have a parent/guardian for assistance in the water for the swim leg and in the transition zone
Temperature and Forecast
- Probably hot and sunny
- Make sure to bring sunscreen and stay cool and hydrated with water, hats, and sunglasses!
