Parent Communications

It is important to us that we, as an organization, provide an easy avenue of communication to our members.  We feel this is a top priority in order to keep our members informed and to allow us to receive constructive criticism from our members.  If you have any questions or concerns feel free to take advantage of the opportunity by following the recommendations below.

How We Communicate To You

We do most of our communication through emails and our website.  It is important that we have accurate email addresses from our members.  Please be sure to provide those to us when you register.  We can send out information to more than one email address!

Our website is being constantly updated and provides program descriptions, fees, schedules, staff biographies, Board member contacts, educational and team articles.  Take advantage of visiting our website often!  We also have a Facebook page!

In the event you do not have access to the internet or a computer we have a team bulletin board located at the pool.  We also have a live person you can go to!  Becki, the Tigersharks Business Manager, is always available to listen and answer any and all questions you may have.  She is available everyday during most all practices (except Masters!).

How You Can Communicate With Us

It is important to us that you feel free to ask questions concerning the programs or about your child without feeling uncomfortable to do so.  Whether it is personal, critical, negative, or positive it is important to us that you communicate and not hold back!

If you have a question about training, meets, event selection, group movements, problems at practice, or anything related to your child's participation ASK THE COACH!

If you have a question related to billing, fees, volunteering, or any administrative area, such as change of email or address, please forward your questions to our BUSINESS MANAGER, BECKI.

If you are uncomfortable approaching the coaches or the business manager about any topic please seek out a Tigersharks Board Member.
 

The coaching staff members are busy at practices and it would not be appropriate to discuss any questions during the practice.  All coaching staff members are available to set up an appointment or time, at your convenience, to discuss any issues or concerns you may have.  Just ask!
