ALL NEW SWIMMERS MUST GET APPROVAL FROM CO HEAD COACH CHRIS HORNER PRIOR TO REGISTRATION. [email protected]

The registration process will take around 10 minutes to complete. To start the registration, you will need to click on the red Register Now link at the bottom of the page. Make sure to complete all fields. It is important to read and agree to the medical waiver, liability release, emergency medical consent & medical history and team code of conduct forms by checking the box. 

Reminders:

1) Print out and sign the Emergency Medical Consent & Medical History Form and give to Coach Chris Horner or Coach Jason Kamp.CLICK HERE for the form.

2) First month's dues are charged to your credit card at the time of registration. Once your registration is approved and you obtain access to the website, you may change your payment method to either credit card and/or ACH direct bank debits.  Credit card payments may be subject to an annual processing fee, ACH is not.

3) As a member of our team, you must be an athlete member with USA Swimming.  This registration process is now online.  You can click HERE to register with our team, Diablo Aquatics (club code DA).  You will be asked to create an account with USA Swimming to complete the registration process. This is mandatory.

4) Practice times, meet schedule, and upcoming events will be updated on our Team Unify website www.teamunify.com/pcda
