Registration Instructions


Method 1. Summer Recreation Expo

The Summer Recreation Expo is the quickest and easiest way to register new swimmers. Board members will walk you through the registration process, setup your online account, and answer any questions you may have. 


Method 2. Print Application (Packet not currently available for download)

a) Download the Application Packet 

b) Read the 2020 Swimmer Information and Parent Handbook

c) For each child you wish to register, print and fill out the following forms

1) Swimmer Information Form and Releases

2) Last page of the 2020 Swimmer Information and Parent Handbook

3) PacSwim/USA Swimming Registration Form

d) Pay registration fees by cash or check (see "Registration Fees" below)

e) Mail the completed forms and payment to:

Method 3. Online Application

a) Sign in to Team Unify. If you do not have an account, you will need to sign up with a board member. 

b) Click on Registration button below to pay by credit card and fill out Swimmer Information and Releases 

c) Fill out, sign, and return the following forms by email, in person, or mail to the address above

1) PacSwim/USA Swimming Registration Form 

2) Last page of the 2020 Swimmer Information and Parent Handbook

Registration Fees*

For the 2020 swim season, registration fees will include a team swimsuit, team swim cap, and seasonal PacSwim registration.

Early Bird Registration 

$295 - First Child

$270 - Each Additional Child

Regular Registration

$320 - First Child

$295 - Each Additional Child

*Fees are subject to change prior to the beginning of registration. Fees may be paid by cash, check, or credit card. Make checks payable to MLST. All credit card payments will incur an additional 2.95% transaction fee.  Additional costs that are not covered by fees may include additional team suits, goggles, swim meet entries, and travel.
