SWIM TEAM FOR WATER POLO PLAYERS

Practicing with the swim team groups has been very beneficial to the water polo program, and we would like to continue this symbiotic relationship while simultaneously helping water polo players advance through the competitive swim team system so they are placed in groups that are suitable for their ability.

In order to achieve this smooth progress, we're asking dual sport members to adhere to the same competition requirements as their one-sport (swimming) members. In order to do this, dual sport members will have to go to swim meets. As the head of the competitive swim team at Westside, Coach BechthoIdt is  making it the team's official policy that attendance requirements for the swim team can be met by a combination of water polo practice and swim team practice.

If dual-sport members are not meeting this obligation, they will no longer be able to attend swim practices.

Below is a summary group by group of the expectations to go to a specific practice.
