GENERAL INFORMATION:
The Annual Q-Meet at KCAC November 13th is coming quickly. We need volunteers and food donations.
Volunteer Positions needed: we are still desperately short in our search for volunteers. WE CANNOT DO THIS WITHOUT YOU!
Timers Morning Session: 20

Hospitality 2 (1 morning session / 1 afternoon session)
Awards Coordinator 2 (1 morning session / 1 afternoon session)
Runner 4 (2 morning session/ 2 afternoon session)
Door Greeter 4 (2 morning session/ 2 afternoon session)
Clerk of Course Helper 2 (1 morning session / 1 afternoon session)
Meet Marshals 4 (2 morning session / 2 afternoon session)
If you are new and do not understand what this is about, come talk to Audra or Kelli. We will fill you in. This is a “village” project. We cannot do this without everyone’s help. Thank you in advance!

Poseidon Online Auction
The Annual Poseidon Auction is right around the corner!
We are collecting auction items now for our online auction in December. Please ask EVERYONE that you know if they would be willing to put together a basket, donate a service, or any other creative thing you can think of for the a fundraiser.
Remind businesses that we are a non-profit and their donations are tax deductible! Thank you in advance!
