PDST December 2022 News: Monthly schedule, private lessons, Champ Meet, Winter break

Dear PDST members,

Below is the news for December 2022:


1. monthly schedule

I've updated the December 2022 training schedule on the website monthly schedule bar. Please click the link to get the info:


The Yellow highlights are the updates from the previous schedule. Normal Training for Halloween, no training for Thanksgiving.

Click   Pool address here to get all locations.

1)  Relays Training for PNS Champ(10&Uonly) will on Friday, Dec 2nd at MW, Relay attending swimmers please show up on time.

2)  Senior&Adv2  Training on Thursday Dec 8th is for swimmers who are not going to the Age Champ Meet.

3)  Senior Training on Thursday Dec 15th is for swimmers who are going to the Senior Champ Meet only.

4)  There will be some make up training during PDST Winter break 12/19/2022-1/1/2023. It's optional for all to attend.


2. Private lesson

Please check the private lesson schedule 2022 on the PDST website "schedule" bar.



3. Dryland schedule & instruction

Please notice that there will be Nov&Dev dryland 4:00-5:00 pm on Tuesday since January 2022, which will provide core exercise, Dynamic exercise, etc.

4. Swim Meet

More infor for the Divisional Meet and two Champ meets will email to all and post on the website soon.


5. Pacific Dragons Booster Club

There will be a Zoom Lecture 11/27: Swimming Training; Recovery and Injury

It will be a great team event and communication with sports expert! Worthy to attend especially for some swimmers who are struggling and upset due to the injury and negative training/competition behavior in Reg, Adv1, Adv2, Senior, HSG2 swimmers.
