Welcome to the Pacific Dragons Swim Team (PDST) Electronic Registration platform for our upcoming swim season! The process is simple for both returning and new members. PDST registration is online only for the 2022-2023 season and is EXACTLY same as in the previous season. If you are returning members previous registration information will be populated, but please double check and update all fields necessary.

For returning PDST swimmers, the advanced registration period is until 25th of June 2022, During this time period, your returning swimmer roster spot is protected. Please register athletes for their current group. After June 25^th, the roster space will become first come first filled for new members aas well as returning members until its full.

During the registration, you are required to review, and sign listed; but may not be limited, agreements. All tabs (agreements) must be completed (reviewed, agreed by signing) for registration to be completed and accepted.  There agreements are to cover various legal, facilities, US Swimming, PNS, and PDST policy requirements, please read carefully before signing them.

For returning members,  please select “pay by check” option to pay for registration fee at the end of registration process but DO NOT write PDST a check for registration fee payment, rather we will manually charge the registration fee using your existing ACH payment method in July. This allows you to keep your existing ACH payment method intact.

For new members to register and to pay for registration fee, please use your credit card to pay for it. You will have the option to save it as your payment method for future team training fees or you can setup the ACH payment method (see below) for all future team fee payments once your registration is approved. (If you are planning to join PDST for the first time, please go to TRYOUT section for more info about how to obtain the group assignment from a PDST coach before registering here)

Note: there is a 2.95% + $0.30 credit card processing fee or $30 Check processing fee for you (for registration fee only, the team will be covering this credit card processing fee). You will pay no processing fee using ACH payment option

ACH payment setup once your registration is approved by PDST (for new members):

1. Sign into your PDST account at www.PDSwimTeam.org website.
2. In the side menu click My Account > Set Up Autopay. 
3. Click Add New Card or Add Bank Account (ACH). Additional info: Please see instruction to setup ACH.
4. Fill in the credit card or bank account details. The Copy From Account Info button speeds the process.
5. When finished, make sure click Save

PDST requires that the account holder be the one responsible for the payments on the account. In the case of separate households there can only be one account holder. The secondary account can still receive emails and notifications from the team.  

Each swimmer who has been with PDST for 5 consecutive years or more will receive a training incentive award starting at their 6^th year worth a total of $150 per season. This incentive will be equally credited to the eligible swimmer’s account in our two training payment period: Sept ($75) and Jan ($75) each season. Max two swimmers from an eligible family can qualify for this excellence award. A swimmer must stay at PDST for the entire season to receive this training incentive. 

Limited financial assistance is available at PDST, if you need financial assistance for your swimmer, please directly contact Ren Xu who is responsible for this team admin task. A confidential evaluation with the decision will be made by the team.
