We had a great time in Wenatchee! We are appreciative or the organization and flexibility our parents show! Thanks to the parents who helped with pop ups, timing, and getting there early to set up our spot. Many hands make light work!  Our TEAM really is the best when it comes to helping out. Check out our Instagram and Business page for pictures of the events!

We didn’t do our elections correctly according to our bylaws so we need to vote again. We will hold a brief meeting on July 10th at Explorer Middle School at 5:30 to voteThe following people are running for positions.

PRESIDENT: Jenelle Erickson

I have been on the Storm Aquatics board in the fundraising capacity for the last year. I have a good working knowledge of the team and it’s needs as well as a positive working relationship with other board members. As part of my real job, as a speech therapist in the schools, I’ve had the opportunity to lead and be a part of many teams. I can work efficiently at completing tasks and collaboratively to solve problems. My son is entering his third year of swim and our family loves this team and I am committed to helping it grow.

I am re-nominating myself for the Vice President position of the Storm Aquatics Board. I have seven years of experience serving on a non-profit board for the Washington Lakes Protection Association. Duties as a board member have included, annual conference planning, fundraising, informing policy, membership recruitment and communications and Treasury duties. In addition, I have 15 years of project management experience in the field of water quality.

SECRETARY: Becky Seiler

I hope to become Secretary for Storm so I can serve our swim community. We have been members of Storm Aquatics for over two years and love the family we’ve built here. I am able to consistently attend board meetings and keep a record of the important conversations and decisions we make. I hope you’ll vote for me to serve our Storm team.
