Fitness

Group Description:

The Fitness group is designed to serve swimmers 11-14 who are looking to balance swimming with other extra-curricular activities. Fitness emphasizes enjoying swimming, improving technique, and experiencing the aerobic benefits of working out.   

Group Objectives:

  • Read a clock during practice sets
  • Continue building strokes
  • Kicking and body position
  • Compete in meets if desired

Practices offered 2x per week

We are not currently offering a Fitness group.  We plan to do so again when space becomes available.
